4. Custom Orders

Custom designs are made specifically for each client and require design approval prior to production. Once design approval and payment are received, custom orders are final and non-refundable.

We are happy to provide progress updates and photos during the design process to ensure satisfaction before completion.

5. Jewelry Repairs and Restorations

When you submit a piece for repair, you acknowledge and agree that:

All jewelry is handled with the utmost care; however, Presley Marie is not responsible for pre-existing damage or hidden flaws.

Estimates are subject to revision if unforeseen issues are discovered during repair.

Repair work may require partial or full replacement of materials to ensure quality and durability.

By approving the repair estimate, you authorize Presley Marie to proceed under the agreed terms.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

For custom design and repair work, a deposit may be required before work begins. Full payment must be received before final delivery or shipment.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped using reputable carriers with tracking and insurance options.

Shipping times vary depending on location and the type of service requested.

Presley Marie is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of most Presley Marie pieces:

Custom jewelry and repair services are non-refundable.

Ready-made (non-custom) jewelry may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. No refunds will be authorized past 30 days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item is defective upon receipt.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, logos, and content on this Site are the exclusive property of Presley Marie and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
