1. Overview
At Presley Marie, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry. Each piece is designed, repaired, or restored with exceptional attention to detail. Because of the custom and handcrafted nature of our work, certain items are non-refundable.
Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase or submitting a repair order.
2. Custom and Made-to-Order Jewelry
All custom designs, special orders, and personalized jewelry are final sale and non-refundable.
Once production has begun or a design has been approved, no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be issued.
This includes:
Custom pearl designs and redesigns.
Restringing, restoration, or repair services.
Jewelry modified at the customer’s request.
We are happy to provide design proofs, material image samples, or progress updates before final completion to ensure your full satisfaction.
3. Ready-to-Wear Jewelry
If you purchase a non-custom, ready-to-ship item, we accept returns under the following conditions:
You must contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our pieces. If your jewelry arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue.
We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund your purchase as appropriate. Please note that natural variations in pearls, gemstones, and metals are not considered defects.
5. Repairs and Restoration Work
All repair and restoration services are final once the customer approves the estimate and work has begun.
We do not offer refunds for repair work, as each service is tailored to the individual condition of the piece.
If an issue arises after completion, please contact us — we will make every effort to resolve it with care and professionalism.
6. Gift Returns
If you received a Presley Marie piece as a gift, you may be eligible for store credit for ready-made items that meet our return requirements. Proof of purchase is required.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and design integrity, the following items are non-returnable:
Custom designs and personalized pieces
Repairs and restorations
Sale or clearance items
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
