We are proudly based in the United States and serve clients worldwide through our online store and by appointment for custom and repair work. We also contract out to local jewelry stores and services for repair service. We are currently headquartered in New Jersey, USA.

Q: How can I place an order?

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

For ready-to-ship jewelry, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Custom Design & Repairs

Q: Do you create custom designs?

Yes! We specialize in one-of-a-kind pieces, from modern reinterpretations of classic pearls to complete redesigns of family heirlooms. We’ll guide you through the design process from concept to completion.

Q: How long does a custom piece take to make?

Production times vary based on design complexity, typically 4–8 weeks after final approval. Delays can occasionally occur due to material obtainment. If this happens we will notify you as soon as possible.

Q: Do you offer jewelry repair or pearl restringing?

Absolutely. Our artisans handle all repairs, restorations, and pearl restringing in-house with the utmost care. Please fill out our online form or email [email protected] for an estimate.

Can you dye or change the colors of pearls?

Yes, This is one of our specialities especially if you want to take a piece and make it your own. Also fun for bridesmaids to match to dress. But please not because pearls are porous and easy to dye they don't always accept the color as desired. There may be natural variations in color but this is part of the beauty.

Shipping and Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the United States and internationally.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

Ready-to-ship items usually leave our studio within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Custom made items may take longer to ship. Please give 4-8 weeks for completion and then delivery times will vary based on destination and carrier

Q: Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally, however products are at the discretion of the customs agency and can get caught up in processing. Additionally taxes and tariffs may not be included in shipping and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchanges / Returns

Q: Can I return or exchange my item?

Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.

Ready-made jewelry may be returned within 30 days of receipt if unworn and in original packaging.

Care & Warranty

Q: How should I care for my jewelry?

Avoid contact with perfumes, hairspray, and cleaning agents. Wipe pearls with a soft, damp cloth after each wear and store them separately in a soft pouch. Visit our Jewelry Care Guide for full details.

Q: Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Presley Marie provides a six-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal wear. Learn more in our Jewelry Care & Warranty Policy.

Gift Orders

Q: Can I send a gift directly to someone?

Yes, we can include a complimentary handwritten gift note and ship directly to your recipient. Simply add your message during checkout.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
