2. Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Jewelry: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Custom Designs & Repairs: Processing and production times vary depending on the complexity of the project. You will receive an estimated completion and delivery date when your order is confirmed.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.


3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

All orders ship from our location in the United States.

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx for insured delivery.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch but is dependent on carrier timelines. Issues such as weather, labor strikes, natural disasters, pandemics and such can affect these timelines.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.


4. International Shipping
