1. Our Commitment to Quality

At Presley Marie, every piece of jewelry is designed and crafted with meticulous attention to detail, combining timeless artistry with fine materials. We take pride in the craftsmanship of our pearl and jewelry designs, and we stand behind the quality of our work.

This policy explains how to care for your jewelry and outlines our warranty coverage for repairs or replacements due to craftsmanship issues.

2. Limited Warranty

Presley Marie offers a six-month limited warranty on all jewelry purchased directly from www.presleymarie.com or through an authorized Presley Marie representative.

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear.

Issues such as loose settings, broken clasps, or other craftsmanship-related concerns identified during the warranty period.

If a defect is confirmed, Presley Marie will repair or replace the item at no cost.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, scratches, or aging of materials.

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper storage.

Loss of stones, pearls, or jewelry due to impact, snagging, or exposure to chemicals.

Alterations or repairs performed by any jeweler other than Presley Marie.

Natural variations in pearls, gemstones, or metals, as these are part of their inherent beauty.

4. Warranty for Repairs and Redesigns

For jewelry that has been repaired, restrung, or redesigned by Presley Marie, the warranty applies only to the specific work performed and is valid for six months from the completion date of that service.

5. How to Request Warranty Service

If you believe your jewelry qualifies for warranty repair:

Email [email protected] with your name, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the item.

Our team will evaluate your request and provide instructions for safe shipment or drop-off.

Once received, we will inspect the piece and confirm warranty eligibility.

Please note that shipping and insurance costs for sending your item to Presley Marie are the responsibility of the customer. If your repair is covered under warranty, Presley Marie will cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Post-Warranty Repairs

If your jewelry requires repair after the warranty period, Presley Marie will gladly offer repair services for a reasonable fee. Each repair will be assessed individually, and an estimate will be provided prior to beginning any work.

7. Jewelry Care Recommendations

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your Presley Marie jewelry, we recommend the following:

Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume, hairspray, lotions, and cleaning products.

Store pearls and jewelry separately in soft pouches or lined boxes to prevent scratching.

Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or showering.

Wipe pearls gently with a soft, damp cloth after wearing to remove natural oils.

Have your jewelry professionally inspected and cleaned annually to maintain integrity and shine.

8. Limitation of Liability

Presley Marie’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the jewelry piece as determined by our evaluation. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
